摘要

As far back as the 1960s all Swiss cement factories (e.g. Holcim, Jura Cement, etc.) were equipped with Kissling gearboxes. Today, a lot of these robust products are still in operation. Gradually these gearboxes have begun to be used around the world, and in particular in locations where machines and plants are exposed to extreme operating conditions or where downtime is extremely costly. In 1991, Kissling was consulted by a Saudi Arabian cement factory after a severe gearbox crash occured in their crusher. With their vast experience in planetary gears, Kissling was able to deliver two replacement boxes in only two weeks. The customer was impressed with this performance and about the proven operational quality. Ever since this project took place, Kissling has maintained a good reputation in the Middle East; for example, Kissling has replaced several heavy duty gears for roller crushers, belt conveyors, bucket chain conveyors and lateral drives for kiln and mills, etc.
