Continual improvement, as specified in ISO 9000:2000 standard is necessary for the improvement of organizational performance and can result in substantial benefits. Solutions Prosper is a new CD-ROM which contains several quality tools that are applicable to continual improvement and also applicable TQM, Six Sigma, Process design, Re-engineering, ect.This CD-ROM is easily installed on a PC and its user-friendly tools assist the user with the process approach on which the ISO 9000:2000 series is based for developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of a quality management system. On the CD-ROM, the process approach is broken down into the following stages: Definition, Analysis, Action, Evaluation, Standardization and Review.
