SIS,ISO member for Sweden,has undergone an ambitious reform programme,and has given itself the means to carry through its ambitions.As SIS prepares to host the next ISO General Assembly in September 2002,it is the moment to survey the scene and take stock of what has been done.In an interview with Jean-Claude Tourneur,Editor of Enjeux,AFNOR's magazine on standardization,Lars Flink,(left),Managing Director of SIS,Swedish Standards Institute,looks at those ambitions,the changes made,and how the organization has gone about carrying them out.
