The first EAGE/GRSG joint workshop is due to take place in Paris from 3-5 September 2012. The three-day event will focus on 'Mapping the Morphology, Chemistry and Mineralogy of the Ground Surface'. It will cover remote sensing from satellite and airborne sensors, and ground-based measurements. The theme will be interpreted broadly and will include multispectral and hyperspectral imaging, spectroscopy, Lidar, imaging radar, and interferometry.
