US Seismic contactor Global Geophysical Services (GGS) has signed a framework agreement in which a substantial portion of GGS's North America seismic data library will be licensed for use by Halliburton in its drilling and completions services activities. Under the agreement, GGS will be given preference by Halliburton for seismic data acquisition globally in certain applications.
