The major International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC), of which EAGE is one of the sponsoring societies, has had to be postponed owing to near catstrophic flooding in Thailand, including the capital city of Bangkok. The organizers have announced new dates for the conference on 7-9 February 2012 and are actively encouraging all industry professionals and organizations to support the rescheduled event which will still be held at the Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World.
