After vacations EAGE will have a busy fall with some exciting conference oppor-tunities coming up. Of course we have our own events, like Near Surface 2011 (registration is still open, visit the web-site!), and also the EAGE/SEG Research Workshop 2011 which promises to be an interesting event. In the Russian region some important events are coming up: the one and only Geomodel 2011 in September, but also the first Caspian Region workshop, and much more!
