摘要

A method for quantitative evaluation of penta- chlorophenol (PCP) in sawdust has been developed. Penta- chlorophenol is extracteQ from the solid matrix with 0.5 M sodium hydr{}xide and preconcentration was carried out using quinolin-8-o1 immobilized on controlled pore glass. Determi- nation was carried out by using liquid chFomatography with detection at 240 nm. Recoveries were between 84 and 97% at 1-3 #mu#g/g.
