This year's schools prize competition attracted over 450 entrants from West Midlands schools including: Bishop of Hereford Blue Coat School, Kings Norton School, King Edward VI Camphill School for Girls and Thomas Telford plus many others. Once again the enthusiasm for the competition was outstanding and the qualities of the students' projects were considered first class, with both the written and the practical work being of the highest level. The competition culminated in a presentation evening at the usual branch venue in May whereby entrants, their teachers, parents and local founders were able to view the work and celebrate the success of this valued event in the branch calendar.
