摘要

Mathematical models of transport phenomena in inverse real gas and multicomponent ion-ized gas with inverse components have been built. It has been demonstrated that in such inverse media viscosity, electroconductivity and electrothermal coefficients turn out to be negative values. Theory approbation by comparison with experimental values for semiconductor lasers has been carried out.
