MBR understands that welded line-pipe and OCTG prices have remainedrelatively stable this month, with signs that price declines in Chineseexport prices may have come to an end for now, providing some respiteto pricing in Asia (ex-China). ERW line-pipe grade API 5L B remains atan all-time low of $500/tonne, while LSAW line-pipe grade API 5L X60 isalso at an all-time low, unchanged in four consecutive months, havingeffectively halved in the past four years.
