As expected last month, the onshore section of the IGD-E pipeline has now beenawarded. India’s Jindal SAW successfully picked up the project. The project wasawarded by the Spanish EPC contractor Tecnicas Reunidas and is for a 42” ODpipeline travelling for 114km. As expected, the offshore proportion of this pipetender, being awarded by the UAE’s National Petroleum Construction Company(NPCC) has been delayed. This tender is now understood to be in the final pricingstage, so should be awarded soon.
