Gazprom expects to receive 120 kt of LSAW pipe in 2014 as it begins construction of its Power of Siberia project that will linkSiberian gasto China. These began to be shipped in August with Chelpipe now having already delivered 10 kt (with plate sourced from Magnitogorsk and Severstal) and Severstal Izhora 2,000 tonnes. Chelpipe in September and October are expecting to target 30kt. The shipments are all for LSAW to diameter of 1420mm (56") LSAW pipe with a wall thickness of 21.7mm.
