Unlike in Western Europe, Russia's large-diameter pipe mills continue to see a rapid improvement in their market environmentwith all of the mills now at full capacity. In October the country produced some 362kt of large-diameter linepipe, this is up nearly 80% on the production figures reported for the same month in 2013 (see chart). The October production numbers are up some 11.8% from September.
