The article presents the case of peroneal implants being introduced in the place of the first premolar teeth in a 6-month old dog and subsequently covering them with porcelain crowns. The dog used the fixed denture for 2 years. Peroneal implants to complete teeth loss are used in dogs and the positive osteointegration of the implants and ceramic crowns without damage over this 2-year period of observation confirm its efficacy in pure-bred animals.
