Our business in many ways has not changed in 10 years. We are a plastic sheet, rod, tube and adhesives distributor/fabricator serving the state of Indiana and the surrounding area. Our model is one of a high level of service and a broad range of services. In addition to the typical fabrication services in which we are proficient include heavy gauge thermoforming, acrylic & polycarbonate fabrication, screen-printing, and silicone repackaging. These segments allow us to serve customers well outside the state of Indiana. The distribution industry has Changed both at the distributor level and at the supplier level where consolidation is shaping the playing field. As the business has grown, orders are both larger and smaller and often acceptable margins have tightened. Competition is fierce with the rise of the specialty sign distributors, the steel distributors adding plastic and even the paper distributors adding plastic to their mix. Our abilities to empathize with our customer's and anticipating their need ives us a leg up in many cases. In fabrication we have been applying continuous improvement to be more productive and invest in our customers to increase the value we deliver. It is still thrilling to delight our customers and applying our expertise to solving their requirements.
