摘要

Product quality is analyzed for the pipe rolling plant with a continuous mill, and factors affecting product quality indices are established. Engineering conditions are considered providing the required level of metal mechanical properties. Steel melting and extra-furnace technology are adjusted. Heating temperature and deformation regimes during pipe billet and pipe manufacture are proposed. Heat treatment regimes are developed for pipe manufacture in accordance with specified standards.
