With the setting up of a new venture, Sanken Insertec Europe, SIE, a solid foundation to provide engineering solutions and quality equipment to meet expectations and develop business within the EU has been built. Barry Fox, Product Manager, Sanken Insertec Europe describes the challenge the company has set itself to maintain and increase its position in developing melting systems.Established 50 years ago in Hiroshima, Japan, Sanken Sanyo, has now realised some 300 installations worldwide with sales secured to a number of high profile customers such as Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Nemak, Cosworth Technology and Sanden Manufacturing.
