The RoboDrill B provides rigidity c milling performance approach that of a 40-taper machine, accord to the manufacturer. Designed for precision CNC milling, drilling, boring deep-hole drilling, deburring, chamfering of tough metals at high feed rates. They come standard with a 14-station tool changer and available with a choice of 5/7.5 HP, 8,000 RPM or 2/5 HP, 15,000 RPM 30-taper spindles. With feed rates to 590 IPM, rapid traverses to 1,890 IPM, accelerations to 1.3 G, and 0.9 second tool changes, the RoboDrill B is to be typically 30 percent faster than standard machining centers. To meet different machining and space requirements, RoboDrill B machines available in three sizes with won cubes up to 27.5" x 15.7" x 12.9".
