British CMM builder LK has introduced a new release of its CAD-based CMM programming software, CAMIS STUDIO. Based on extensive worldwide consultation with customers and over 35 years of CMM experience, the latest release features a new graphical interface that provides a highly intuitive programming platform.The software provides full CAD interfacing, allowing direct importation of electronic design data from major CAD systems including CATIA Computervision, Unigraphics, I-CEAS and Pro E plus the ability to access other CAD data via exchange languager IGES, STEP and VDA-FS.
