摘要

A prediction algorithm of negative segregation deposit cone in the bottom of heavy steel ingot was developed in this paper, based on crystals sedimentation theory and solute distribution law. And, the morphology and solute concentration of negative segregation deposit cone in 600t large steel ingot was predicted and calculated by means of the prediction algorithm. Besides, the processes of crystals sedimentation and solute distribution during large steel ingot solidification process were successfully simulated.
