摘要

Conflictive requirements in regard to processing speed, usability, scalability and costs are defined on computer systems for the automation of complex, spatially dispersed sites. Innovative systems just like the Mining Master and the Mincos MMC meet these requirements by the use of powerful, embedded CPU-modules, standardised real-time operating kernels and manufacturer-independent programming languages. Thus the comfortable prospects of standard application programming, intuitively operated graphical user interfaces, integrated communication and real-time reaction on process events are available even under the rough terms and conditions of a mine.
