National Environmental Service's (NESCO) high-pressure water spray systems control dust while increasing productivity in crushing and screening operations. These systems are designed to add less than 0.5 percent moisture, about the same amount as more expensive chemical systems. A NESCO spray system can pay for itself in recovered production and reduced water costs in a short period of time. The spray systems reduce dust and spillage, putting more tons into trucks. Clean motors, idlers and bearings last longer and require less maintenance and repair. NESCO spray systems improve worker morale and increase productivity, because a healthy worker is a more productive worker. NESCO spray systems also improve visibility, making the workplace safer. Improved visibility means lower insurance premiums.
