The 1995/96 SME Board of Directors, chaired by 1995 President Raja V. Ramani, will hold its final meeting at noon on Sunday, March 10,1996 in Ballroom A-B of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. The board will consider administrative matters and reports submitted by all standing and ad hoc committees, SME divisions, Regional Vice Presidents and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. Ramani will acknowledge the contributions of the 1995/96 board and recognize the following outgoing directors: Robert C. Freas, Robert A. Metz, H. Douglas Dahl, James M. Barker, Lee R. Rice, and Brij M. Moudgil
