Buckinghamshire CC in October was recommended to approve extraction of additional sand and gravel reserves beneath a footpath at All Souls Farm, Wexham, by Tarmac Ltd. Approval would be subject to the applicant entering into a new SI06 agreement to control the routeing of vehicles. All Souls Farm Quarry comprised part of the Grangewood Flood Alleviation Scheme and an extraction area to the west of the original quarry and east of residential properties at Grangewood. It also included the processing plant and concrete batching plant in the northeast of the original quarry site. The 1.2ha application area was the site of a diverted footpath between the now restored original working area and the Grangewood application area.
