Cheshire CC in April reported the Second Review of Monitoring and Enforcement to be submitted since March 2006. Since September 2006, the Enforcement Team had served 2 Breach of Condition Notices, 4 Enforcement Notices, 2 Planning Contravention Notices, 1 Temporary Stop Notice and 1 Stop Notice. One of the Breach of Condition Notices was served on White Moss Quarry and the condition was now being complied with. The second notice related to Salt Union in Winsford; the operator had until September 2007 to comply with the Notice.
