Wits Gold is steadily moving its De Bron-Merriespruit (DBM) project up the value curve. The gold project, near the town of Virginia in the southern Free State, completed its pre-feasibility study stage at the end of the first quarter of 2012, and is progressing with the bankable feasibility phase. It is expected that the bankable feasibility will be complete towards the third quarter of 2013.Turgis Mining Consultants is responsible for the detailed engineering and mine designs, while MDM Engineering is focusing on the metallurgical plant design.
