摘要

This paper describes a development of a methodfor motion recognition using frequency distribution consideringmotion transition in order to build an exoskeleton robot systemfor assistance in rehabilitation. Firstly, a method of recognitionbased on calculation of differences in frequency distributionbetween template data and current one has been proposed.Additionally, two sets of parameters were assembled to dealwith keeping stiffness in sustained action and compliance inmotion transition. Furthermore, method for detection of motiontransition has been proposed and implemented into the system.As the result, the recognition ratio has been successfullyincreased to eighty percent by using the above-mentioned method.
