摘要

A new method of making superconductor of YBa_2Cu_3O_(#zeta#) was developed. The fundamental technology of the method is to take advantage of Ba-diffusion into YCu_3 alloy. Two kinds of samples of the YBa_2Cu_3O_(#zeta#) system were prepared, and their superconductivity was confirmed by non-resonant microwave absorption and the Meissner effect. In the first kind, the thin alloy of YCu_3 and BaCO_3 (powder) were pressed into pellet, and sintered in air at 900 deg C for 24 hours. In the second kind, a rod of YCu_3 alloy was imbedded in a matrix of BaCO_3 powder, and they were calcined at 900 deg C for 24 hours in air. Both samples were confirmed to be superconductors of about T_c approx= 90 K.
