A custom machine-operating and automatic program-generating app has helped racing parts maker Moser Engineering quickly reap the benefits of CNC machining even though nobody there had any prior experience with it. Moser Engineering is well-known in automotive racing circles. Founded in 1982 by the late Greg Moser, the Portland, Indiana, company manufactures axles and rear-end components for drag-racing and circle-track applications, as well as for performance street cars.
