摘要

Nematophagous fungi are found in many regions of the world and different climatic zones. Arthrobotrys oligospora is one the most widespread fungi. Most works dealing with this species consider its role as regulator of nematode population and the related possibility of its use as an agent of biological control. The main parameter considered is the amount of nematodes captured and consumed by the predatory fungus. Several works are devoted to studying the regulatory effect of nematodes on the development of predatory fungi in the soil. The aim of this work was to experimentally evaluate the ecological implications of the development of nematophagous fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora in the soil at the different application rates of bacterivorous nematode Caenorhabditis elegans.
