摘要

Terrestrial ecosystems of different age and provenance were affected by the catastrophe at the Chernobyl nuclear power station. The further normal functioning of these ecosystems strongly depended on the ecological and geochemical resilience of soils.The behavior of ladionuclides in soil is deteimined by several migration mechanisms, in particular, by the diffusion one, by water and biogenic migration. Their joint effect results in the tianslocation of a tadionuclide from the soil surface into the soil profile Mechanisms of vertical migration are known for soils of forest biogeocenoses, virgin meadow soils, and agrocenoses.
