Since being first described in 1940~1 and undergoing changing nosology, paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) has been well characterized.~2 Prodromal feelings of pins and needles and numbness have been recognized3 and are common.4 This case presented with strikingly similar characteristics, yet lacked dyskinesia. Here is presented a possible variant not previously reported.
