摘要

The ability of fungal species, collected in the field in association with species of the genus Pinus, to form ectomycorrhizae with P. radiata were determined in vitro and in containers. Hebeloma longicaudum, Russula sanguinea, Tricholoma albobruneum, Tuber borchii and Xerocomus badius all formed ectomycorrhizae with Pinus radiata by pure culture synthesis. These species and 3 others, Boletus pinophilus, Gautieria othii and Scleroderma polyrhizum, all formed ectomycorrhizae in open containers following vegetative mycelial inoculation and spore inoculation. These symbioses with P. radiata have not previously been described.
