Along with many others, I have come to view KM as a journey: · The journey has achievements and setbacks along the way. · Some routes are blocked and new ones have to be found. · Friends and allies are found to help smooth the way. · Sometimes progress is rapid, while at other times it seems frustratingly and irritatingly slow.
