I've often observed that the truth is overrated, but every now and then I get a bit annoyed when somebody has been a little too economical with the facts. You know the sort of stuff: the rozzers telling me that as long as I don't drink and drive or exceed the speed limit, I won't be hurt in a car crash. Yeah, right. And that my speed of 104km/h in broad daylight on a deserted highway in a properly maintained car is a danger to life and limb. Save it for the Transport Minister next time he has you bent over a desk, buddy.
