摘要

For the reduction of losses of displacement machines the optimization of sealing and bearing gaps represents a key element. The paper presents the design of a test device, which was developed to investigate the influence of the macro-geometry and micro-geometry of the sliding surfaces on the energy dissipation in the gap. The test rig allows the measurement of the friction behaviour between piston and cylinder of a swash plate axial piston machine for the first time under real operating conditions.
