Spanish scrap market is still seeing high business activity this week. Although new deals for import material are scarce and are not made at higher prices, most steelmakers continue to show interest in new quantities. Some traders were concerned that unstable situation in some Middle Eastern markets for finished steel will not allow them to raise prices, and even to keep them stable.
