In February Polish companies keep lifting quotations of coking coal on firm demand. However, the increases are slowing down. Domestic prices for hard coking coal (ash - 6.5-7%, moisture - 8%, sulphur - 0.5%) have reached $250-255/t EXW (all prices exclude 23% VAT), against $248-253/t EXW in January. Local semi-soft coking coal (ash - 7-8%, moisture - 9-10%, sulphur - 0.5-0.8%) is available at $185-188/t EXW ($180-183/t EXW last month).
