CIS longs exporters are still seeing low demand for their products, and while the situation in wire rod segment stays more or less stable, there are only sporadic upturns in demand for rebar. Shaky market conditions force the producers to be as flexible as possible while setting prices for April production depending on the product and destination. At the same time, there are no offers of longs at the Caspian ports so far.
