It's been four years since Hurricane Ike plowed through Central Gulf of Mexico infrastructure, the last hurricane of any size to do so until Isaac made its jaunt last week. Ike was an unqualified rnonster that maintained a category 3 or 4 status during its march though the Gulf, while Isaac struggled in vain to hit Category 2. But they share something in common. Neither storm was judged bullishly by traders.
