This edition of our group reports from the world of neuropsychoanalysis presents some additional reasons for you to join in!Our first Regional Bulletin editor, Irene Mathis, gives us a great summing-up of the intense work they keep going in Sweden. Similarly, the intensity of work and enthusiasm of Daniela Flores Mosri from the Neuropsychoanalysis Group in Mexico City and of Gokce Ozkarar-Gradwohl from the Turkish Neuropsychoanalysis Study Group makes me feel enthusiastic about the seeds we planted at the founding of our Society in the year 2000 - with these groups we are seeing the results of it! And of course Katerina Fotopoulou, writing from London, shows the steadily growing example of the success of bridges in between neuroscience and psychoanalysis that the active community there is engaged in. And last but not least, new groups have joined us -giving us reason enough to carry on: a group in Puerto Rico led by Efrain J. Rios-Ruiz, and the Polish Neuropsychoanalysis Study Group led by Slawomir Murawiec. We look forward to tracking the developments of these new colleagues.

The collaborations analysed span academia, civil society and government, from the grassroots to the national and global levels. By locating these examples within the broader debates on interactions between researchers and research users designed to strengthen evidence informed decision making, this publication offers concepts and practices to inform those funding, designing and undertaking development research. The featured case studies are explored through the perspectives of both researchers and their partners in civil society and policy.
