While the Boeing Co., the largest aircraft manufacturer in the U.S., is busy developing fuel cells for use aboard commercial aircraft, a member of a presidential task force on the future of U.S. aviation and a leading hydrogen proponent told New Fuels & Vehicles Report that future high-speed aircraft may be fueled with hydrogen, much as spacecraft are today.
