FAA approved 15 out of the 18 measures submitted by the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority (BGPAA) for the updated noise compatibility program (NCP) at Bob Hope Airport, Burbank, Calif. Most of the measures are continued or modified from the 2004 NCP, including designating Runway 26 as night-time preferential departure runway on a voluntary basis and building an engine maintenance run-up enclosure.
