Daderman et al. have studied 114 male offenders who were convicted for severe, predominantly violent offences. In their well written article the authors have studied the four facets of Psychopathy Checklist Revised (PCL-R) and different substance use disorders with focus on fluni-tratsepam (FZ). The authors concluded that intake of FZ has a specific relationship to facet 4 (antisocial) of the PCL-R. The authors also suggest that their findings have important clinical implication, because FZ abuse is common and FZ is not always focus of an forensic psychiatric assessment.
