摘要

The aim of this study was to determine the P fertilization efficiency of four products from sewage sludge ash conditioned by different digestion processes compared to two undigested sewage sludge ashes. The chemical plant availability of P was determined by extraction with water, water and neutral ammon citrate and mineral acid. Subsequently, the biological plant availability was determined by measuring the P-uptake in a fertilization pot experiment with ryegrass. The magnesium-ammonium-phosphate from wet-chemical sludge digestion (Seaborne product) showed a water and neutral ammon citrate (WNA) solubility of 95% of Pt and a P-uptake of 151% compared to the zero P-control (100%). The partially with sulfuric acid digested sewage sludge ash showed a WNA solubility of 90% of Pt and a P-uptake of 123%. The AshDec product (thermically treated) has a solubility of 85% WNA and the P-uptake is 132%. The P fertilization with tricalciumphosphate resulted in a P-uptake of 105% compared to the P0 treatment. This paper shows that some products from recycled sewage sludge have a P solubility and a P fertilization effect similar to commercial P fertilizers. Therefore sludge treatment is very important to ensure the P supply in plant production, because P will be a finite resource in future.
