摘要

Appearing before the Energy & Climate Change Select Committee in London, Hayward said, the industry was not prepared for a blowout at 5,000 feet and that BP and, he believed, other E&P companies will take another look at their relationships with contractors. Hayward told the committee that some contracted work could be done by BP employees.
