摘要

According to court records, attorneys for both Ensco and the government filed a joint request seeking a delay on the judge's ruling that ordered the federal government to act on six pending Gulf permit applications by Jun. 20. Both sides said an 11-day temporary delay of the order would “prevent further unnecessary litigation”. Both sides added that if no settlement is reached by Jun. 20, they may seek additional time from Feldman to continue negotiations.
