Results of a field experiment conducted on fruit tree spacings X fruit tree species with crop rotations in their interspaces revealed that minimum competition was observed under maximum spacing of fruit tree species (10m X 10 m) on the grain and straw yields of wheat and gram inter crops (mean of 5 years). Taking into consideration the relative grain and straw yields of the winter crops (wheat and gram), minimum competition was recorded in Citrus reticulata and next in order were Punica granatum andPsidium guajava. Maximum competition was recorded with Zizyphus mauritiana.
