摘要

This article summarizes the results of an investigation carried out under the project Weld Train - HSE in order to meet the learning needs of domestic manufacturers in the field of man agement of welding and allied processes are connected, in the context of health, safety and environment (Healt, Safety and environment). The goal of this project is to emphasize the importance recognized at European and international issues related to environmental protection and health and safety at work (EN ISO 3834 - ISO 14001). The main objectives of the project are primarily addressed to the level of training and qualification of technical staff (man agers, engineers, technicians, supervisors) with responsibili ties in areas such as environmental management, health and safety in welding. The main expected results of the project will be the production of teaching materials, in accordance with the EWF guidelines, for the training of personnel in the field of health, safety and environmental management in manufacturing welded in English, Romanian and Polish pilot courses in Romania and Poland, who will be assisted by industry specialists and a platform for continuous informa tion for technical personnel with a dedicated website. The consortium that handles the development of the project is made up of partners from four European countries: Italy, Poland, Portugal and Romania. These partners have exten sive experience in training and project work Leonardo da Vinci (Leonardo da Vinci), therefore it is expected that the outcome of the project can be an innovative tool, not only aimed at those who come for the first time welding, but also to those who are already working in this field and who want to deepen their knowledge.
